PM Ujjwala Yojana क्या है?

Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana केंद्र सरकार की LPG connection scheme है, जिसे 2016 में गरीब परिवारों की महिलाओं तक clean cooking fuel पहुंचाने के उद्देश्य से शुरू किया गया था।

योजना के तहत eligible adult woman के नाम पर LPG connection उपलब्ध कराया जाता है। इसका उद्देश्य traditional fuels पर निर्भरता कम करना और घर के अंदर धुएं के exposure को घटाना है।

5वें refill से आगे ₹300 की यह targeted PMUY subsidy लागू नहीं होती।

क्या 5 kg Cylinder पर भी Subsidy मिलती है?

PMUY beneficiaries 5 kg और 14.2 kg cylinder options में connection ले सकते हैं। 2025-26 के official subsidy framework में 5 kg cylinder के लिए subsidy को proportionately pro-rated किया गया था। Current subsidy amount और applicable refill rules cylinder type तथा prevailing government notifications के अनुसार लागू होते हैं।

PM Ujjwala Yojana 2026 Eligibility

PMUY के लिए applicant को निर्धारित eligibility conditions पूरी करनी होती हैं।

मुख्य conditions:

Applicant एक adult woman होनी चाहिए।
महिला की उम्र कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए।
Applicant एक poor household से संबंधित होनी चाहिए।
उसी household में किसी family member के नाम पहले से LPG connection नहीं होना चाहिए।
